Feel Good & Do Good this July
Summer should be the season of sun and fun – but for kids in need, it’s the hungriest time of year. During National Blueberry Month, you can help by sharing how you enjoy blueberries on social media. For each post you make tagging blueberries in July, the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council will donate $1 to No Kid Hungry. Join our 31-day challenge – full details below!
Grab a Boost, Give a Boost, Get a Boost
Everyone wins during National Blueberry Month! Participating in our 31-day challenge is easy. It starts with enjoying blueberries. That can be anything from grabbing a handful of your “boost of blue” to whipping up a post-workout smoothie to taking a family field trip to a local u-pick farm! Then, follow 3 simple steps:
- Enjoy blueberries! For inspiration, below are 31 ideas that boost the whole you, lifting the mind and body.
- Post your boost and tag us. For each post on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter (@blueberries), as well as TikTok (@blueberrycouncil), $1 will be donated to No Kid Hungry up to $50,000 – which can help provide 500,000 meals for kids.
- Keep giving boosts and you may just get one in return! Each post is also an entry for a chance to win a Mood Boost Wellness Package, featuring an Apple Watch Series 7, a $50 VISA® gift card, a Cosori 5-qt. Air Fryer, and blueberry treats! That’s right, the more you post about your blueberry boosts, the more money that’s raised for No Kid Hungry and the better your chances are of winning!
Winner will be selected and notified by direct message on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or TikTok on or before August 15, 2022. Winner will be allowed to select desired color of Apple Watch Series 7 41mm band within availability of standard color choices [$399 value before taxes and fees].
