Blueberries are no longer just a breakfast ingredient – these little berries are gaining ground on entrees, drinks and dessert menu categories too. If you’ve seen blueberries on a menu lately, we’re not surprised! From 2007 to 2013, blueberry offerings on menus have increased 100%. Here are a few of our favorite blueberry menu sightings:

- Jamba Juice®’s Acai Berry Bowl with Acai juice, soymilk, blueberries, strawberries and bananas, topped with organic granola, fresh bananas, fresh blueberries, coconut and a drizzle of honey
- Pret a Manger®’s Blueberry & Pine Nut Pot with Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries and pine nuts
- Daphne’s California Greek®’s Greek Yogurt Delight with non-fat Greek yogurt, chopped baklava, blueberries and pomegranate drizzle
