Ingredients
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1-1⁄2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Spray a 9-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray
- In a large microwave safe bowl, on high heat, heat butter and marshmallows for 3 minutes on high, stirring after 2 minutes
- Add cereal and blueberries
- Stir until evenly coated
- Transfer to baking pan and gently press into an even layer
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes
- Cut into 16 squares and serve
- Cover and refrigerate remaining
