Ingredients

Blueberry Syrup

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

Martini

  • 1 ounce blueberry syrup, divided
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • ½ ounce milk
  • 1 ½ ounces vodka
  • 2 shots espresso
  • ½ ounce Licor 43

Instructions

Blueberry Syrup

  1. Combine blueberries, sugar, water and vanilla bean paste in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from heat and cool. Strain mixture into a jar, discarding solids.

Martini

  1. Prepare blueberry cold foam: Add 1/4 oz blueberry syrup and heavy cream to a cup and froth until slightly thickened. Add milk and froth until foamy.
  2. Add vodka, espresso, 3/4 oz blueberry syrup, Licor 43 and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass. Top with blueberry cold foam.
