Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup low fat or nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 egg beaten with 1 teaspoon water
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and knead until the dough has formed.
- Add in the blueberries and continue to knead on a floured surface for 4-5 minutes or until the blueberries are fully combined.
- Cut the dough into 6 equal sections, rolling into a ball and piercing the middle with your thumb to create the inner circle of the bagel. Place the bagels into the basket of the air fryer and brush with egg wash.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. Let stand for 1-2 minutes to cool, then serve with cream cheese, butter, or blueberry jam or jelly.
