- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 large ripe peaches, pitted and cubed
- 1 avocado, pitted and cubed
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
- In a large bowl whisk olive oil, lime juice, lime peel, sugar and salt until well blended.
- Add blueberries, peaches, avocado and basil. Toss gently to combine.
