“Boo”-Berry Milkshakes

Make blueberries a part of your daily routine: Grab a Boost of Blue!


  • 2 cups frozen (unthawed) blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 3⁄4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped topping
  • Additional fresh blueberries


  1. In a blender, combine blueberries, banana, frozen yogurt, milk and vanilla; whirl until smooth.
  2. Pipe topping into swirls on top of shakes to make ghosts and dot with blueberries to make eyes.
