Ingredients
Blueberry Syrup
- 1 cup blueberries
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Martini
- 1 ounce blueberry syrup, divided
- 1 ounce heavy cream
- ½ ounce milk
- 1 ½ ounces vodka
- 2 shots espresso
- ½ ounce Licor 43
Instructions
Blueberry Syrup
- Combine blueberries, sugar, water and vanilla bean paste in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and cool. Strain mixture into a jar, discarding solids.
Martini
- Prepare blueberry cold foam: Add 1/4 oz blueberry syrup and heavy cream to a cup and froth until slightly thickened. Add milk and froth until foamy.
- Add vodka, espresso, 3/4 oz blueberry syrup, Licor 43 and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a coupe glass. Top with blueberry cold foam.
