Blueberry Brandy Cider

Make blueberries a part of your daily routine: Grab a Boost of Blue!

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 gallon apple cider
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 cup brandy (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepot, combine apple cider, blueberries and cinnamon sticks.
  2. Simmer for 20 minutes or until fragrant. Stir in brandy.
  3. Serve hot or cold and garnish with more blueberries.

For a mocktail version, skip the brandy
